Project Description:
Located
on the hospital campus, this 100,000 SF freestanding building will house
dialysis stations, outpatient education and outreach offices, a home dialysis
training center, and associated clinic space.
The upper floors of the 4-story building will include medical office and
outpatient care facilities. A 250 foot
long axial corridor tethers the main hospital tower to the new building
providing a link for hospital patients and mechanical utilities. The axial corridor, designed for vertical
expansion, provides a backbone for future additions.
